We offer over 5,000 products, including sophisticated lighting systems, security systems, digital home wiring systems, smart appliances, home automation controllers, home networking, home theater and more.

The Opportunity

The warehouse manager will report directly to the Director of Operations but will work closely with human resources, customer service, and accounting. They will be responsible for managing all key operations of the warehouse. Regular duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Direct daily activities of warehouse including receiving, shipping, returns, and organization
  • Plan and set scheduling of all warehouse personnel to support business needs
  • Manage warehouse supervisors and staff to meet individual goals and department goals
  • Regularly review and document all procedures and constantly look for ways to improve them
  • Ensure warehouse service levels are being met to internal and external customers
  • Maintain communication with all non-warehouse employees and suppliers/vendors
  • Liaise with other departments to handle any fulfillment, inventory, purchasing and shipping issues
  • Coordinate the daily cycle counting process and annual physical count procedures
  • Oversee quality of work in all aspects of operations and maximize workflow efficiency
  • Ensure that safety and housekeeping standards are followed
  • Provide performance reports to executives
  • Implement team building and motivation techniques to keeping employees satisfied at all times
  • Coordinate and manage building facilities requests

The Requirements

  • Must have a good command of Microsoft based computer applications like Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Must be confident in your ability to work well with upper management and subordinates
  • 1-2 years experience in a warehouse or other operational management role is preferred
  • The ability to work unsupervised, multi-task and follow-up thoroughly on tasks is a must
  • We are looking for a person who is keen to take on new duties and be a team player in the organization
  • Education: High School Diploma required, college graduate preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Spanish speaking preferred
