"Mike Fernandez in technical service was great! The original animal repeller we received had no effect at all. We had wanted to stop a neighborhood cat and had tried the repeller on our cats to see if it worked before we put it up. When our cats didn't even move, we called customer service who put us in touch with Mike. Joking, we asked if there was a Smarthome mascot cat he could try a new repeller on before he sent us the replacement. Well -- after getting permission from a supervisor -- he offered to take one home, try it on his cat and if it worked, send it to us! Well it did, we have it and we tried it on our cats as well. They didn't like it. Hopefully, it will have the same effect on the cat we want to chase! It may or may not. But either way, we can say that we are very pleased with Smarthome and Mike. Thanks"
