Product Support Specialist


Product Support SpecialistListen to customers rave about their home automation products and ask how they can "one-up" their neighbor.
  • Listen to callers describe bizarre behavior of their home automation systems and walk them through the steps to fix the problem
  • Respond to e-mail inquiries in a timely manner
  • You'll need lots for free time to demo up to $1500 of products in your home. We want you to have first-hand knowledge of our products
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience
  • Knowledge of home automation and X-10 technology a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of house electrical wiring, A/V distribution, and surveillance is a plus
  • Customer service experience in a call center/Internet retail environment a plus
  • Typing 30 WPM
  • Must be a team player and enjoy problem solving
  • Must be "technically" oriented
