The Sylvania LED8A19/DIM/O/827 A-line Omnidirectional Ultra LED Light Bulb replaces your old and inefficient incandescent and CFL light bulbs to provide energy savings, longer lighting, and improved reliability and sustainability in your home or business. What makes this light bulb unique is the omnidirectional light casting, small heat sink inlets designed to vent built-up heat away from the bulb, and no warm-up time to reach full light brightness and color stability. Typical incandescent and CFL light bulbs distribute light in one direction (usually upwards or downwards), but this LED light distributes light consistently in all directions from the five frosted reflective bulb plates covering the LEDs. In addition to illumination solutions, the LED light solves heat sensitivity and build-up issues using the heat sink inlets below the frosted bulb plates to allow cool air to come up from below, which is then vented up and through the center of the bulb via convection to effectively cool the bulb. Since the LED light is able to vent away built-up heat, the light bulb will not overheat and shorten the life of the bulb.
This high-quality light bulb is rated up to 25,000 hours at 70% lumen maintenance, and offers years of dependable service and reduced energy and maintenance costs. The bulb is RoHS compliant, contains no hazardous materials, emits no UV our IR radiation, dimmable down to 10%, and reduces energy consumption up to 82%. The warm, bright white light is great for use in healthcare, hospitality, residential, and retail buildings for downlights, pendant fixtures, table lamps, and wall sconces. -
