Your tech will arrive at the specified time - no 4 hour windows of time at HelloTech. HelloTech will ask that your provide a few possible times so that we can accommodate your request as quickly as possible. Once HelloTech has located just the right tech for your service, you'll receive an appointment confirmation. It's as easy as that.
You may reschedule or cancel at HelloTech.com prior to your appointment confirmation, but we suggest contacting HelloTech support at 1-844-265-2447 to avoid any delays.
You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment. Cancellations within 3 hours of the confirmed appointment time will result in a full charge.

You will also receive an email from HelloTech to setup your account and preferred installation availability. Wait until you have received all of your products to schedule an appointment.
HelloTech will send a confirmation email for your install; and you will receive an email and a text when your appointment is just 24 hours away.
Your technician will send you a text letting you know they are on their way. Once they finish the install they will have you sign off letting us know everything is done.
