As of 6/17/2020 Smarthome has an all new look and feel. In building our new website, and in an effort to protect our customers, we did not carry over any sensitive encrypted information such as passwords and credit card information. As such, we will require you to reset your password.
- Go to the Login/Recover page
- Click on the Recover password link
- Enter your email address and select the Recover button
- You will receive an email with instructions to complete the process
Please be advised that in some cases you will not be able to access your account following the process above. You will need to create a new login utilizing the same email address you previously used to access your account. Once that is done, your previous account information will be pulled in automatically. To do this, follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Create my account page
- Input the required information (again noting to use the same email address you previously used to access your account; if you want to pull in your previous account information)
- Select the Create my Account button
- Confirm you are not a robot and select the Submit button
- You are ready to go! You will also receive an account confirmation via email.
