Google Alert the Companies You Promote

One great way to determine which affiliate programs to push is to know when there is good news about a company in the press. Pay attention to headlines and use this coverage to your marketing advantage. When a company is covered in a positive light in the press you can put a lot of marketing effort into the programs, ultimately creating more business for you. One easy and free way to monitor the companies you promote is to set up Google Alerts (http://www.googlealert.com) to receive a notice whenever the company is in the news.
