SmartLabs is seeking sales individuals with strong technical skills, coupled with business savvy to position INSTEON with large enterprise developers/OEMs such as GE, Honeywell, Microsoft, Sony, etc.The candidate hired for this position will be expected to communicate and execute a clear sales plan that leads to the closure of significant licensing revenues and the positioning of INSTEON as the de-facto industry home control standard and supporting the INSTEON development partners. The candidates should be charismatic professionals and able to 'roll up their sleeves'. He/she must believe in team results, possess a high degree of integrity, and exhibit a passion for the business. Candidates must know how to think in win-win terms by creating synergy while at the same time have a killer instinct towards the competition.
