    The unit does perform as described; and quite well - however - there are two caveats: 1) If the supply voltage drops below 12VDC and the unit is in the 'delay in break' mode, the relay will remain activated. 2) As was mentioned by another reviewer: "WARNING: This unit pulses the relay once when power is first applied". And the length of the "pulse" is determined by the setting of the adjustible delay potentiometer.

    it kind of works bad product description. relay changes state immediately no mater what the jumper position is. then begins to time.
