  • This premium regulated power supply was selected for its superb performance and very compact size. Originally designed for the telecommunications industry the SPS-1212 is extremely reliable, highly efficient (> 90%), and it has the lowest noise level of any switch regulated power supply we tested.

    For systems with eight or more repeaters, IR keypads, more than one connecting block, or with very long wiring runs we recommend using this high power, voltage regulated supply.

    The SPS-1212 has all the agency approvals and plug adapters required to be used worldwide.

    Not true! If you jumper V+ to V+ and Gnd to Gnd between several Buffalo Electronics IR-100 connecting blocks they all work just fine. We have done this many times in many multi-zone installations over the years.

    Bought a larger power supply to power 4) single zone IR connecting blocks. Spoke to rep about doing it, said it should work fine. It does not. Xantec confirms all IF blocks need independent transformers :-(
