    DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! Review by David

    WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! At first glance, this lock appeared to be the answer to all of my Airbnb hosting challenges. Two weeks later, unresponsive support, multiple unhappy guests and a negative review on my listing, I'm 30 seconds from ripping this device off my door!

    I had every intention of buying dozens of these things, however, the lack of support is a major disappointment. This lock was supposed to make my life easier! Instead, it's only caused a multitude of additional headaches.

    My Airbnb account was synced with August on 10/11/2016. IT HAS NOT WORKED ONE SINGLE TIME!!

    There is no interface for tracking which guests received notification on how to access the property or which guests downloaded the app or if the guest has equipment capable of running the application. I'm left messaging guests on Airbnb messenger to find out if they received any instructions on how to access the property...over and over and over.

    Then, standing in the doorway with THEIR phone in my hand, I try giving them temporary access through the Invite option in the Owner App. Fail, fail, fail. The one time it half-worked, the guest was so annoyed with the registration process, I literally just handed them a key to save them from the frustration.

    I've had an open support ticket since 10/16/16. Currently, I haven't received any reply whatsoever since 10/22/16. Calling their phone number was useless, too, because the "Airbnb Team" doesn't have a direct phone line. I've received zero updates regarding the status of this error or an expected time for resolution or anything of the sort.
