- What's Included
Setup takes only minutes. Use the supplied cat. 5 cable to attach the PowerLink to a LAN port on your router. Install the interface module in your SecureLinc and connect the PowerLink to the interface using the included RS-232 cable. Connect the camera to your network using the supplied Ethernet cable to register it in the SecureLinc system.
The PowerLink has a built-in secure web server, which ensures that all private information is fully secured. Log in on site or remotely using a secure user name and password. Once connected, you'll be able to view cameras or control home automation devices. You'll also be able to view device status, save images, adjust the system's mode and add users (up to eight).
In case of an event, PowerLink immediately informs you via e-mail, text message and on-screen alerts. The alarm mode screen displays the alarm type, date and time automatically. It also includes quick access buttons to view video cameras, mute the system siren, turn all lights on or off, or disarm the system.
Check up on the babysitter or housekeeper, keep an eye on the kids, or monitor vacation homes with the PowerLink's surveillance features. For each connected camera, the PowerLink can store 5 frames of pre-alarm and 10 frames of post-alarm images. One Wireless Color Camera is included; additional Wireless Color Cameras are sold separately. Hardwired Ethernet Cameras and Hardwired RS485 Cameras are also available to be purchased separately or with the PowerLink as a kit. The PowerLink can also be purchased separately.
