"The order was for two of these devices but shipping screwed up and the original shipment only contained 1! I have often said that anybody can do the job if everthing is going well but the real proof is what happens when things go wrong. I must say that the initial contact by phone couldn't have been nicer until I got the lady that corrected the problem! She was exceptional! She sent the additional one out right away and told me to be sure and let her know if there was anything further that she could do to help out. There is an old saying that "staff makes the business" and if that is true you must have a great business going for you! ....One other thing, it is nice to see an American Company that will deal with Canada. "When I first received the product, I thought I had been took for a ride! The power button didn't work correctly, the function of each of the keys was incorrect and it just wasn't compatible with my laptop...that is until I called the customer service line. WOW! is one of the many things that I can say. The customer service man that I spoke with said that there definitely was a problem with the product and that there would be a replacement sent out free of charge. A return label for FED-EX was mailed to me and I shipped it out the next day. Within about a week or two I believe I received the new one and have used it on a regular basis in our Church building. It saves from having to have all those cords run for two different signals and it even works like it is supposed to! This is one AWESOME product!
