STOCK LEVEL STATUS

With Smarthome's dynamic stock level tags, you'll always know if we currently have a specific item in our inventory - even before you place the order! These helpful tags are just one of the many ways we strive to make shopping from Smarthome easy and convenient.

In Stock Now

Products with this tag are in stock in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment. Because there's a slight delay between the time you place an order and when the product is shipped, occasionally an item with an "In Stock" tag may not be available. In these rare circumstances, we will inform you immediately. If you wish to keep the item on order, we'll offer a discount for your inconvenience. At that time, any other "In Stock" items on your order will ship without delay, unless you request otherwise. All back-ordered items will be shipped at no additional shipping charge.

Limited Quantity

Products with this tag are in stock in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment, but there are only very few units left. If a product you're considering has this tag, order quickly before we run out.

Ships/Backordered

Products with this tag are currently out of stock, but are on their way shortly. When you see this stock level tag, click on it and a window will pop up displaying the approximate date we expect to ship it out.

Direct Ship

Product isn't stocked in our warehouse but generally ships direct from the manufacturer 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Ground delivery only. Expedited shipping methods (i.e.: next-day, 2-day, 3-day select, etc.) are not available on these products. Direct Ship items are not eligible for return unless defective and must be returned within 30 days in exchange for a replacement item.

Special Order

Product isn't stocked in our warehouse but generally ships 7-15 days after order is placed. Ground delivery only. Expedited shipping methods (i.e.: next-day, 2-day, 3-day select, etc.) are not available on these products. Special Order items are not eligible for return unless defective and must be returned within 30 days to receive merchandise credit towards a future purchase.
