Products with this tag are in stock in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment. Because there's a slight delay between the time you place an order and when the product is shipped, occasionally an item with an "In Stock" tag may not be available. In these rare circumstances, we will inform you immediately. If you wish to keep the item on order, we'll offer a discount for your inconvenience. At that time, any other "In Stock" items on your order will ship without delay, unless you request otherwise. All back-ordered items will be shipped at no additional shipping charge.

Products with this tag are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not in-stock warehouse items. Direct ship items arrive generally between 5-15 days after the order is placed and will always ship via Deluxe Ground shipping only. Expedited shipping methods (i.e. next-day, 2-day, etc.) are not available on these products, but are available for the other items in your order. Direct ships are eligible for in house credit only, will be accessed a restock fee, and must be returned to the vendor at recipients expense. Call 800-762-7846 for an RMA number."
