Spring Wound Timers

Basic Push Button Timer Control Switches
An easy to install and inexpensive switch with basic push button control is manufactured by Leviton. They offer two different 5-button timer switches in different colors. The top four buttons on the switch are pre-programmed to turn on the light it controls when the button is pressed and then turn off the light in increments of 10/20/30/60 minutes or 5/10/15/30 minutes. The bottom button on each switch is for manually turning the light off.

Occupancy sensors use passive infrared (PIR) technology, which recognizes movement and turns a light on when someone enters a room and off when the leave. The delayed off adjustment can be set from 15 seconds to 15 minutes and a manual off button is built in.
