Starting in 2007, Daylight Saving Time has been changed from the first Sunday in April through the last Sunday in October to the second Sunday in March through the first Sunday in November. This can affect a number of software applications, especially those that run home automation timers. Many software vendors have addressed the issue of this change in Daylight Saving Time.
