We offer two forms of ground shipping: Economy Ground and Standard Ground.

Express service not available for P.O. boxes
Same-Day Shipping
Standard Ground, Two-Day and Overnight orders for in-stock items received by 6 p.m. Eastern are shipped the same day
Orders received after this time ship the following business day
If you've specified Partial Ship, your Back-Ordered items ship via Economy Ground
Back-Ordered Items
Your credit card will not be billed for back-ordered items until they ship
Those items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped to you via Standard Ground delivery (when available) at no additional charge (excluded where orders are shipped via Economy Ground)
If you choose, you may opt on the checkout page to have your entire order sent in one shipment when all purchased products become available
For expedited shipment of backordered items, please call 1.800.762.7846; additional charges will apply
Direct Shipments
Product is shipped directly from the manufacturer
Additional shipping charges may apply (cost listed on product page)
Delivery is in 5-15 business days
Standard Ground delivery only
Orders may not be canceled after placement

Special-order items are not stocked in our warehouse

Quotes for shipping outside the U.S. do not include any applicable duty, value-added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes
You will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise
Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT
All items must be in stock before shipping
