For Saturday delivery rates, please call 800-762-7846 (Mon-Fri 8:00am-9:00pm and Sat 10:00am-4:00pm ET) Express service not available for P.O. boxes
Same-Day Shipping
USPS Priority, Deluxe, Two-Day and Overnight orders for in-stock items received by 6pm Eastern are shipped the same business day
Orders received after this time ship the following business day
If you've specified Partial Ship, your Back-Ordered items ship via Super Saver
Back-Ordered Items
Your credit card will not be billed for back-ordered items until they ship
Those items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped to you via Super Saver at no additional charge (this option is not available where orders are initally placed using Super Saver)
If you choose, you may opt on the checkout page to have your entire order sent in one shipment when all purchased products become available

Direct Shipments
Product is shipped directly from the manufacturer
Product generally ships 5-15 business days after order is placed
Ground delivery only
(expedited shipping not available)
Orders may not be canceled after placement
Products are not returnable unless defective; defective items may be exchanged only (no refunds)
Special-Order Items
Special-order items are not stocked in our warehouse

International Orders (Including Canada)
Allow 1-10 business days for international deliveries depending on shipping method selected at checkout
Quotes for shipping outside the U.S. do not include any applicable duty, value-added taxes (VAT), import consumption taxes, or custom brokerage fees
You will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise
Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT
All items must be in stock before shipping
Gas-powered products, such as the Co2 Beer Tap, may not be shipped internationally
