2. When your friend visits www.smarthome.com and is ready to make their first purchase, they can call our toll-free 800-762-7846. Our Customer Solution Center Agents are available to help them: Mon-Fri 9:00am-9:00pm or Sat 10:00am-4:00pm (all times ET). All they need to do is give us your name & city/state to receive their $10 credit on their first order of $100 or more and we will put a $10 merchandise credit on your account as well.

Who can participate:

You must be 18 years or older and previously purchased from Smarthome to take advantage of this offer. If you are an employee of Smarthome you cannot participate in this offer. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law.

About the $10 merchandise credit you receive:

For every new friend (a friend who has never shopped at Smarthome), you will receive a merchandise credit in the sum of $10. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

Who we consider a "new friend":

The individual you refer to Smarthome:

1. Must have never purchased from Smarthome prior to being referred by you.
2. Must provide us with your name, city and state to verify you are a current customer.
3. Must reside in a different physical address than you.
4. Must not be an employee of Smarthome or an affiliate of Smarthome.

About the $10 credit your friend receives:

In order to receive the $10 credit, your friend must provide the following information:

1. Phone Orders only: Your friend must mention your name, city/state to verify you are a current customer.
2. Your friend's $10 credit will be applied to their first order totaling $100.00 or more.

How many referrals are allowed:

You may refer no more than 2 new customers within any 30-day period and no more than 10 customers in a given calendar year.

The rights we reserve:

Smarthome reserves the right to audit any claims, request additional information regarding claims and to void any claim at any time at the discretion of Smarthome. Should the new customer return for credit any portion of their initial order within a 30 day period, we will rescind your merchandise credit.
