Team Training and Experience
Our expert technical product support team members get regular up-to-date product training to receive the knowledge they need to provide answers to all your product questions. Whether a simple or in-depth question, we'll walk you though what you need to know step by step. Our team members are all enthusiastic home automation techie folks who have first-hand experience with Smarthome's product line in their own homes. In addition, they are constantly wiring up and testing products in our in-house tech lab so they will be experiencing the same problems and anticipating your questions. We also offer our online knowledge database, which provides a 24/7 informational source for our customers. Our knowledgebase includes frequently asked questions, a glossary of technical terms, and more.
