Smarthome™ Launches Installation Services on Select INSTEON® Products
Irvine, CA - April 13, 2010 - Smarthome™, the world's largest home automation retailer, announced today that installation services are now available on select INSTEON® products. The installation services, which include wiring and basic system setup, are being offered through InstallerNet, a Boston-based company that coordinates the installation of consumer electronics.
By offering InstallerNet's services, Smarthome is providing its customers with professional, nation-wide installation services on its INSTEON home control product line. Though millions of INSTEON products have been successfully installed by DIY customers; now consumers have a choice of adding installation services at the time of checkout.
"By providing a nationwide network of installers, specifically trained and supported for our INSTEON line of products, we have not only removed all installation barriers for our customers, but are now also reaching a whole new audience of "Do-It-For Me" customers, adding convenience and confidence to the overall purchasing process," said Mike Scharnagl, Smarthome's Director of Marketing.
