I have just received a shipment including an OutletLinc. I ordered a 2473SWH - but:
The box says "2473SWH"
The "Official Label" on the unit says "2473S"
The Version Lable says "2473SWH v4.6 1148"
The included Quick-start guide says "2473S"

Do I have the Dual Band version? How can I check?

It looks to me like the only dual-band version is the OutletLinc with dimming, 2472D. Which has the "lamps only" label on the front and the separate dimmer key that goes on the plug.

The "WH" part of the label just means it is WHite. 2473S gives the functionality (S being the switch/relay version, D would be the dimmer version).

Jdale is correct, the 2473 is a single-band, relay-switch style outlet.

Here's a list of dual-band units: http://www.smarthome.com/_/ProductResults.aspx?Ntt=dual-band

The dual-band OutletLinc available currently is a Dimmer--that's the 2472DWH, for dimmable lighting loads only.

If you want a dual-band device to control an outlet with a non-dimmable load, another option is to use a dual-band InLineLinc wired to a standard electric outlet, but that'll require an extra deep or multi-gang outlet box to fit the extra component.

Thanks for the clarification. For some reason I thought I was buying a Dual-Band Outlet. Have to readjust my house outlet phasing and overall strategy to compensate.
