I have a GlobalCache IP2IR and essentially I would like to connect it with a sensor such as Xantech SMAUD01, so that I can make the IP2IR emit a "power on command" to my receiver when there is an audio signal for it (sensed byt the SMAUD01).
The sensor would be sitting on the "line out" signal of a Sonos ZP90 feeding into my Yamaha RXV-1800 receiver. When the sensor detects audio coming from Sonos it should trigger the IP2IR which should then send IR commands for powering on receiver, selecting input etc.
Are the IP2IR and the SMAUD01 compatible - or can you recommend another way of obtaining what I want with an IP2IR?
