Can't access my smartlinc for some reason. I can see it under client table in my router settings, but cannot access by app nor webpage.Any suggestion before I reset to factory defaults?

Do not do a factory reset - yet. There are a bunch of things you can try.

What device(s) are you using to access the SmartLinc? What message are you getting? Did you assign a static address? port?

Factory reset on a SmartLinc is a very last resort, not the first troubleshooting step.

I would first cut power to the modem, wait 30 seconds, then power it back up.
Next, I'd cut power to the router, wait 30 seconds, then power it back up.
Unplug the SmartLinc from its power outlet, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

Wait a minute, then use a browser attached to your wifi (not a neighbor's, not your cell network) to navigate to SmartLinc.smartome.com and click the I'm at home link. What do you get?

Any recent changes to your LAN--new modem or router or firewall?

On the SmartLinc.smarthome.com site, when you get to the 'SmartLinc has been found on your network' message, does the 'your smartlnc's INSTEON ID' match the sticker on the back of the unit and the last six digits of the MAC address? Is that the MAC shown in your router?

Login into your router, look for the dhcp client table and see what ip address is reported there.
