The company that sells this LED bulb said I need Triac dimmer. Do any of the Insteon dimmers work in this way?

All of the Insteon Dimmers use a Triac.

Did the LED manufacturer indicate if a leading or trailing edge type was needed?

I will look at their web site and see if I can find more data.

I think I'll order 3 and test it out, I hope the load of 3 of these is enough of a load to make it work on an insteon dimmer. If not the LED lights will blink

I have seen some smaller LED Bulbs not meet the triacs minimum load and act strange.

I noticed that most LED bulb manufacturers approved dimmer charts. Do not include any automation type switches. Except Kobi Electric. They have Insteon devices on their approved list.
