How do you delete a scene from the software when the responder goes bad? the only way I know is to click remove and hold the responder on for 10 seconds or hold the set button for 3 seconds, but if the unit is shot how do you get rid of it?

Depends on the software you are using. HouseLinc has a delete scene option. Right click on the scene name.
