If it is a SmartLinc, try a connection reset as described in the on-line Owner's Manual. It will not change any of your scenes or settings.

Also, if you have not switched to another web browser please do so and report back as to success / failure. Please ensure you clear the Internet cache & cookies in any browser *prior* to going to the SmartLinc web site. Please also confirm you're accessing this SmartLinc (SL) from your internal network using *I am home* on your LAN.
If you're trying to access your SL from a cell phone on cellular connection, please ensure you select *I'm not home*. The only time you will use *I am home* on your cell if if you're accessing the SL via your Wi-Fi connection which connects to your local LAN.

Happy to know that others have seen this as well... seems to be something it does not like with IE9... used Chrome and it connected fine... but only to find out I had another problem... seems the 2412N was not functioning correctly... none of my "timers" were working.. and the only way I could turn on/off my devices was with the remote link, or by continually hitting the "up" arrow on the web control panel... hitting either the "ON" or "OFF" buttons did nothing... support had no clues... ran me through a bunch of various tests, including resetting all of my access points... didn't help... had to do a factory reset to get it back up and running... now a couple of hours later, after rebuilding my control panel and re-finding/re-setting all of my devices, it now works again... what a pain... and I thought moving from X10 to Insteon was going to make my life simpler... ha ha but at least I am back working again... sure dont want to spend the $$$ going to isy, but in the long run, it may be the best answer... anyone have any input? Thanks again to all....

As your needs grow you will migrate to the ISY. You won't ever look back, but know you should always keep the SmartLinc as a back up device.

Having several scenes, each with timers for the same or nearly the same time can cause difficulties with SmartLinc. If you do have that situation, add all devices with the same "time" to one scene.
