Have had two 2384 and one 2476 all quit working within the past 6 months. Tried reseting to factory defaults, turning off breaker to remove power, and they still did not work. The 2476 came on after the reset, pushed bottom of paddle to turn off and it did, pushed top of paddle to turn on and it did not. Reset again, and it did the same thing. Bottom light on led bar flashes. Resets on the 2384s resulted in no lights on the led bar and no on/off occurring.

Some early 2476S and 2476D SwitchLincs had a problem with the small switches on the circuit board. They would click when the paddle was pushed but nothing happened. Smarthome extended the warranty on them to seven years. You may want to call the Insteon Gold Support Line and see if your 2476 is in the manufacturing dates with possible problems.
I had one go On only and another one Off only.
