Why don't they make outlet lincs with 2 controllable outlets?

I have an outletlinc behind my aquarium and would love to control both the light and the pump to come on at different times. As of now I have the pump in the controlled outlet and the light in the passtrough outlet but it still requires me to manually turn it on and off. I have not found a solution for my application.

That got me thinking about outletlinc with 2 controllable outlets.

Thoughts?

Thanks!
