I have installed two 2476S switches in a 3-way configuration. I have my primary switch(where the power comes in) and the secondary switch. Both switches are receiving power. I can turn the light on and off with no problems using the secondary switch. If I turn the light on with the secondary switch, than turn the light off with the primary switch (light does go off) I lose power to the secondary switch. If I turn the primary switch back on, the light comes back on and power is restored to the secondary switch.

Any ideas what is going on here?

Thank you

That's a wiring mistake. In a normal multi-way installation, only one switch should have its red wire connected to other wires--that would be defined as the primary switch. Any other switches should have their red wires disconnect and capped off and should be connected to line and neutral only.

What wire bundles are present in the primary switch's box, and to what are they connected? How about the secondary switch box?
