Is there any information on LED light bulbs causing 110V AC interference with the Insteon signaling? I had added two LED cone lights (Costco) in my bedroom, and there was no issues with my ISY-99 controlled network. Then I added three 9 watt LED lamps in the hood of my stove, and it killed my Insteon signaling in the house. Adding a filter on this circuit fixed the problem.
Would like to buy additional LED's going forward, but I don't want to cause anymore signaling issues. Any information about LED light bulbs would be appreciated. Thanks-

CFLs and LED Bulbs can cause power line noise or signal absorption issues, but it is strictly random by model. As you have seen some models cause no problems and some models cause problems. Not sure if there is a message thread here on known problem models but I have seen them. Low voltage LEDs run by a power supply have a better chance of being a problem. |

From what I've seen, the LED bulbs that screw in like conventional light bulbs are rarely (never?) problems. The ones with their own plug-in power supply can be, but probably because of the power supply, not the LEDs themselves. Of course it could also be that the CFLs have had time to get old and the LEDs are still new.
I have no noise problems from my bulbs: Philips, EcoSmart. |

I guess the thing to do is to post the actual LED lamps that cause signaling problems. So I will do the first post.
The following caused signaling issues for me- Three of the ECO-LITE Dimmable 9w Par 20 LED Flood 45 Daylight Lamp. |

| I've had good luck Philips, Cree, and LSG but of course they cost more than the "no name" ones. |

Same here. I have both Philips and EcoSmart light bulbs throughout my house and no issues or filtering needed. I even replaced my chandelier over our kitchen table with LED candlelights without any issue. |
Let there be light! |

Thanks all for the feed-back. I will stay with the brands which all of you suggested. Will not be buying anymore ECO-LITE LED's which I got through Amazon.
