| In my great room, my TV is above the fireplace. The in-wall unit that receives the IR signal and relays it to the electronics room is on the wall at 90 degrees to the TV. This isn't really a problem, but there is a piece of furniture next to it that blocks the IR signal if we are sitting on the sofa or in the recliner. We have to hold the remote over our head to change channels/raise volume or do anything other than turn the TV on. I am looking for something that I can mount next to the TV that will receive the IR signal and resend it to the wall unit. Wired repeaters would work but would look like crap. Does anybody know of a wireless rebroadcaster that I might be able use? |
