I have installed an ISY and a number of Switchlinc devices controlling various lights. In all instances the ISY is seeing all of the devices and I can control the associated lights with the ISY, except in one instance.

One of the controlled light circuit is switched from three locations. I have installed the three switches and linked them using the button press as indicated in the manual. All three switches turn the lights on and off.

However, when controlling through the computer, only the switch associated with the load operates the lights. The other two switches indicate movement from on-off-on, but the lights do not respond.

The ISY control has a Membership area. It seems that these switches should be in this area as controllers or responders, but I can't see how to make that occur.

Any help is appreciated.

CalifDan: devices should not be Set button linked when using the ISY. To cross-link the three switches define a single ISY Scene. Add the three switches as Controllers to that one ISY Scene. Once that Scene has been established and the devices cross-linked with the ISY Scene, that Scene can be turned On and Off from the ISY which will turn all three switches On and Off together. Otherwise as Tom has indicated sending commands to a single switch affects only that switch.

If you control the scene, all devices linked as responders to the scene will respond. If you control a device, only that device will respond.

The best source of ISY-specific setup information is the manufacturer's own support forum: http://forum.universal-devices.com
