Posted - 07/03/2012 : 3:08:23 PM My power was out for 4 days from the storm. Power was restored today. Upon my arrival home, one of my Switchlinc 2476D is not responding. Instead only the bottom three LEDs are flashing from the bottom up. I have it linked via Indigo to a SwitchLinc 2476S, a Keypadlinc and a IRLinc.
Tried doing a resync but it failed.
Can the switch be saved or do I have to get a new one?

Posted - 07/04/2012 : 12:45:17 PM It may have been damaged by a power surge. You may want to call the Insteon Gold Customer Support Line and see if they have any other thoughts.

Posted - 07/03/2012 : 4:03:11 PM Unlink it if you can and try a factory reset. If you cannot unlink it and then link it to the same devices, you should be OK (i.e., no half-links). |

Posted - 07/03/2012 : 3:33:05 PM Thanks for the info. But it didn't work. When I held it in, the LED stopped strobing but it resumed shortly thereafter. |

Posted - 07/03/2012 : 3:24:37 PM If the power flickered and pulsed a few times before getting stable. It maybe possible the modules controller is confused. Try pulling the Air Gap switch for maybe 30 seconds and then push it back in gently. Till it is flush with the frame. All the way in does a factory reset it memory serves me.
