Posted - 06/25/2012 : 04:27:32 AM I have a SmartLinc that requires the *User Name* to be unregistered. What is the process of doing so? Does a person have to call / e-mail Smarthome to do so?

Posted - 06/25/2012 : 06:44:52 AM Just wanted to close this off. Based on tech supports feed back. Any registered *User Name* can not be removed. A new name must be registered and used. So if your SmartLinc should die and fail you must use a new name for the replacement device.
