- What's Included
The Fubar IO MkII from Firestone Audio is a device that provides exceptional performance for both Digital to Analog and Analog to Digital Conversion. This unit allows you to transfer all of your Vinyl Record or tape collection to your computer hard drive with CD quality. When you playback the song, the music will be converted back to an Analog signal so you are able to enjoy the music the way the original artist intended for it to be heard. Also, by transferring your vinyl and/or tape collection to your computer, you will now be able to access them on your computer as well as save them to a portable music device such as your Smartphone or portable MP3 player. The Fubar IO MKII has an adjustable input level so you are able to adjust the levels and sources in case you are in need of a device for advanced recording.
The Fubar IO MKII is also available in Black.
A Digital to Analog Converter, also known as a DAC, is a device that converts a digital code to an analog signal. Most modern audio signals are stored in digital form (for example MP3s and CDs) and in order to be heard through speakers they must be converted into an analog signal. Most digital music players, such as a Smartphone or iPod, and PC sound cards come with internal DACs, although, they are very basic and do not deliver music in high resolution. Firestone Audio delivers a high quality DAC system with internal amplifier that allows you to play your music in high definition at the volume level that you desire. This system is the ideal peripheral for the music lover that stores their music library on their PC or Mac.
An Analog to Digital Converter, also known as an ADC, is a device that converts the input continuous quantity to a digital number that represents the quantity's amplittude. Instead of doing a single conversion, an ADC often performs the conversions periodically. The result is a sequence of digital values that have converted a continuous-time and continuous-amplitude analog signal to a discrete-time and discrete-amplitude digital signal.
