We need a highly motivated and driven sales closer that can lead our effort to acquire new target accounts for our B2B division (SmarthomePRO). The prospective candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, sales focused environment. This position is critical to both the short term and long term success of the company. You will succeed in this position if you are able to successfully outbound and land target accounts that result in long term business customers. Responsibilities:You will be responsible for driving new business over the phone by prospecting new leads, qualify leads, cold calling and following up on referrals. Ultimately your goal will be to land new target accounts, place their first order(s) and pass them off to the inside sales territory managers. A successful sales rep will understand and maintain proficient knowledge of Smarthome products, features, benefits and applications in an effort to maximize sales and the number of new accounts landed. This position will require very limited travel.
  • An interest in consumer electronics products and any related field experience is a plus (CEDIA, CEA, Home Automation background)
  • Bachelor degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Customer focused with the ability to manage conflict is a must
