We process returns within 5 business days. Please allow up to 2 credit card billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
I Received the Wrong Product
We apologize for this inconvenience. We will replace your order for you immediately. Be sure to include your order number, your last name and billing zip code along with the model number of the incorrect item you received. Also let us know where you would like the correct item to be shipped (if different than the original shipping address).

Return Direct Ship Item
Direct Ship items are not eligible for return unless defective and
must be returned within 30 days in exchange for a replacement item.
