- Saves the standby electricity consumed by home theater accessories in standby mode
- Quick, easy installation
- Use with your existing power strip
Essential Info
Most modern home theaters are comprised of much more than just a TV; they usually include an A/V receiver for surround sound, DVD player, Blu-ray player, gaming system, and/or a number of other components. If you're like most, when you turn your TV off, these components remain on in a standby mode, wasting energy and increasing your electricity bill. The TV TrickleSaver reduces the standby energy consumed by these TV accessory components by using a built-in current sensing circuitry to identify when your TV is On or Off. When the TV is On, the product will switch On all peripheral devices. Conversely when the TV is Off, theTV TrickleSaver will switch Off all accessories. The product is easy to install and provides simple automation to reduce wasteful standby energy consumption. It is suitable for residential and workplace applications. The TV TrickleSaver can be connected directly to your equipment or connected to a standard electrical power strip with any number of connected devices.

Please review the manufacturer's documentation prior to use of a TV TrickleSaver with these products.

More Info

Connecting the TV TrickleSaver The Product connects to a TV and its accessories via two power socket cords. One power socket is the'Master' to which a TV is connected. The second power socket cord is the 'Slave' to which all the TV accessories (power strip with connected devices) are connected.
Trimmer Threshold Setting The ..Trimmer.., adjusts the Threshold at which the Accessory devices switch On/Off. The Trimmer Threshold is the power level (Watts) of the 'Master' device at which the product will switch On/Off the devices connected to the Slave Power Socket. The Trimmer Threshold range is from 20W - 200W.
PC Installation The Product can also be used with PCs (instead of a TV) when a PC TrickleSaver cannot be used - typically this is because the PC USB port does not power down as required. Refer to the owner's manual for installation.
