Vanco International RG6/U Cables with F-Type to F-Type Connectors are ideal for connecting video components, DSS, digital satellite receivers, TVs, VCRs, cable boxes and antenna systems. RG6/U Cable is required for all satellite systems and all digital broadband systems. This Vanco International RG6/U cable features an 18 AWG center conductor that results in less signal loss and allows higher frequency. Additionally, heavy duty maximum shielding with bonded aluminum foil and a copper clad steel center are used for a better signal path and superior pull strength. This cable also has the added feature of being weatherproofed, ideal for outdoor cable installations. 90% of home construction uses RG6/U premium broadband cable. The F-Type connector is a type of coaxial RF connector commonly used for "over the air" terrestrial television, cable television and is used universally for satellite television and cable modems.
