With the number of flat panel displays and full in-wall home theaters being installed today, the in-wall AIM LCR is a perfect solution for the entire front sound stage left, center and right. The deluxe AIM LCR Three features dual 51/4-inch magnesium cone woofers with phasing plugs and a single magnesium dome tweeter. The In-wall AIM pivots side to side or up and down (depending on vertical or horizontal installation) by 17 degrees. The pivoting tweeters can be angled an additional 30 degrees. This allows physical tow-in or vertical adjustments while remaining completely flush in the wall.
The woofers in all AIM LCR models pivot independently of the tweeters, meaning you can direct the low frequencies for a precise acoustical fit. It's a feature you won't find in ordinary in-wall speakers. The AIM LCR Series is your assurance of proper phase, accurate frequency response, and enhanced stereo imaging. When placed as rear channels in a home theater configuration, they can be directed away from the listener. This gives surround sound the critical degree of diffusion it needs.
