Essential Info
If you use the Panasonic Multi Talk cordless phone system to communicate using two phone lines and multiple handsets, you can start talking to your callers face to face. The Multi Talk Cordless Camera Station is a cordless speakerphone that has a built-in video camera, so you can see whom you're talking to on a high-resolution color LCD screen. You can also take pictures using this video camera handset: Up to 98 images can be used in your handset phonebook, as wallpaper patterns, or to function as a slideshow with background music when the phone's not in use. Please note: This cordless video camera station is an accessory unit and will not function without a compatible base unit. In order to function as a video phone, the person on the other end of the call needs to have a compatible unit.

Flexible, Expandable Cordless Phone SystemYou can register up to eight camera stations or video phone handsets with each base unit. You can even plug a video phone with an A/V connector into your television to see another person on the big screen during your call! This flexible system allows you to connect up to 18 devices, including Bluetooth-enabled cell phones, to accommodate every room in the house.
Software Lets You Use Your PC for Easy ProgrammingInstall the Multi Talk V software utilities included with the Multi Talk base unit on your PC, and you'll be able to connect this cordless camera or the base unit to your computer with the included USB cable or using the wireless USB adaptor to register this camera in order to view or print images.
Baby MonitoringIf you have young children, you can monitor the image and/or sound in a room where the Multi Talk Cordless Camera Station is located. The handset will transmit audio and video but will not ring, allowing your youngster to sleep in peace. You can also view video from a Multi Talk Cordless Camera on this camera station.
Picture SlideshowYou can view or print all images you store in the Multi Talk Cordless Camera Station. Send an image to a friend or use the camera station as a digital picture frame when you're not on the phone. A maximum of 98 images can be stored, and you get to select the length of the slide show and what music will play in the background.
Multiple Options for Making CallsSpeed-dial the last 10 phone numbers called or the 50 most recent incoming calls if you subscribe to Caller ID. Calling is also made easy by using each unit's built-in 50-item phone book. If you have Caller ID, you can assign unique ringer IDs and even pictures to phonebook entries.
Intercom, Conferencing and Transferring FeaturesEach registered handset and camera station functions as an intercom, so this system allows you instant voice access to your entire family. Easily set up conference calls with two outside calls. You can also transfer outside calls between the handset and the base unit and between registered handsets. Please note: Video calls do not allow for conferencing or call waiting.
Additional FeaturesFor private conversations, connect a headset (sold separately). This phone station includes common telephone conveniences, such as hold, mute, and flash, as well as advanced features, such as a handset voice enhancer, which clarifies a caller's voice, reproducing a more natural sound that's easier to hear and understand. Use the clarity booster to improve sound clarity in an area where there may be interference. This feature is turned on automatically when necessary, but you can also turn it on or off manually.
Note: Caller ID and Call Waiting ID are services provided by your phone company for a fee.
