If you are looking for great all around radio, the CC Observer is a perfect choice. It is really three products built into one: an AM/FM/Weather radio, three LED flashlight and a cell phone charger. What really makes this product great is that there are no batteries or power supply required. By using the hand crank, you will generate power that will supply the internal rechargeable batteries. If you happen to be stuck in an emergency and find that your radio batteries are dead or your cell phone battery has died, with about 90 seconds of winding the radio will play for about 45 minutes, re-charge your cell phone or even supply power to the built-in flashlight. With excellent AM reception and FM reception, there is also a Weather band which comes in handy when using the radio during a power failure. With a compact size of approximately of 7 1/4" x 5 1/2", it is small enough to take with you almost anywhere. The CC Observer is a great thing to have around at home, on road trips or while camping as a safety and emergency tool. This product can also be powered by three AA alkaline batteries or three AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, each sold separately. This product is also available in blue and green, each sold separately.
