Expand your SpeakerCraft EZ-Pad IR repeating system by controlling additional component functions remotely. The Function Keypad connects to a Master Keypad w/IR Receiver (or the keypad without an IR receiver) to expand the IR control options available. A Master Keypad is required for the Function Keypad to work.

The SpeakerCraft EZ-Pad system is an expandable IR repeating system that uses an RS-485 communication protocol between the keypads and controller, letting users press buttons on an easy-to-read keypad or even use a component's original remote to send commands to another room. Master Keypads can select sources, control component functions, repeat infrared signals and turn systems on or off.
The Function Keypad has a total of 14 buttons: The upper section is designed for cursor-style commands, while the lower section is designed for transport commands. Since keys are not preset at the factory, your installer can configure them for you on site, letting you decide which buttons and functions will best suit your needs. The most common function buttons are included with the Function Keypad.
