Add earth-shattering bass response to your home theater. The BassX Dual 8 250-Watt Powered Subwoofer incorporates a long-throw woofer, which delivers the deepest possible bass response, extending down to the 20Hz range. Designed for huge bass response, easy system setup and flexibility, this SpeakerCraft amplified subwoofer features line-level inputs to connect to most any receiver or preamp, a continuously variable low-pass crossover so you can adjust the subwoofer to match the bass response of your main speakers, adjustable phase switch and a proprietary SpeakerCraft bass boost circuit. This subwoofer is also equipped with a fixed high-pass crossover circuit to cut off the bass to the front (main) speakers so the upper bass will not overlap, thereby avoiding booming.
