Designed for huge bass response, easy system setup and flexibility, each subwoofer features line level inputs to connect to most any receiver or preamp; a continuously variable low-pass crossover so you can adjust the subwoofer to match the bass response of your main speakers; adjustable phase switch; and a proprietary SpeakerCraft bass boost circuit.
This subwoofer is equipped with a fixed high-pass crossover circuit to cut off the bass to the front (main) speakers so the upper bass will not overlap, which causes booming.
