Essential Info
Experience the most accurate sound possible from 6" in-wall speakers with SpeakerCraft Mirror Image Technology (MT) speakers. These rectangular, two-way in-wall speakers feature 6½" woofers, and 1" dome tweeters. Each model is a matched pair, one with the tweeter on the left side and one with the tweeter on the right — a mirror image. Positioning the tweeter to one side of the woofer assures minimal driver interference and minimizes the effects of unwanted diffraction, leading to a smoother frequency response.

Incredible High-Quality ConstructionThese speakers use some of the most high-tech materials available, including glass composite. No Brackets RequiredTurning six screws securely holds the speaker in place. No additional brackets are required. The patented I-Beam mounting system allows the speakers to be mounted directly next to vertical running studs and about two inches away from horizontal running obstructions, such as fire blocks, headers, etc.
Tweeters & WoofersSpeakerCraft's use of rare earth, high-performance materials like neodymium, silk and and magnesium make SpeakerCraft speakers sound great. All the tweeters in the MT series can be aimed a full 30° in any direction to improve sound quality and increase placement options.
Front-Mounted Adjustment SwitchesMT speakers (except MT One) feature easy-to-use equalization circuitry directly on the front of the speaker (yet hidden behind the grille). This allows you to fine-tune the bass and treble to your listening taste. These adjustments also compensate for room acoustics.
A Great Way to Expand Existing SystemsMT One speakers are timbre-matched to AIM8 One, CRS8 One, CRS One and MT8 One. MT Two speakers are timbre-matched to AIM8 Two, CRS8 Two, CRS Two and MT8 Two. MT Three speakers are timbre-matched to AIM8 Three, CRS8 Three, CRS Three and MT8 Three. This makes it ideal if you want to use MT speakers in your primary listening area, and expand into other rooms with more affordable models with the same sonic characteristics.
