Expand your Bose® Lifestyle® audio system to additional rooms wirelessly. The Bose AL8 Homewide Wireless Audio Link delivers two independent audio streams from your system to a system or powered speakers in another room without running any wires. Just connect the transmitter to your Lifestyle system and the receiver to an expansion room system, an amplifier or powered speakers. You'll be able to play audio from any device connected to your Lifestyle system in the remote room. The Bose AL8 Homewide Wireless Audio Link is compatible with Bose Lifestyle 18 II, Bose Lifestyle 28 II, Bose Lifestyle 38, and Bose Lifestyle 48 systems, all sold separately.

Expand System to 8 Different RoomsThe transmitter and receiver work through most walls and floors, and operate from up to 80 feet away. Individual AR1 receivers (sold separately) can be placed in seven additional rooms for wireless audio transmission from a single AL8 transmitter.
Wireless Transmission Isn't Interrupted by Other Wireless Devices or NetworksThe key technology for this home-wide wireless audio solution is the proprietary Bose Free Field® circuitry, which enables the Bose AL8 Homewide Wireless Audio Link to operate efficiently in the presence of signals from cordless phones, wireless Internet connections and other devices. And it helps deliver Bose quality sound throughout your home, without interruption, and with low transmission latency. This virtually eliminates the echo effect heard when a wireless signal plays back much later than the original.
Use With Other SystemsInstructions are also included on how to use this system with some non-Bose or older Bose products (adapter kit required and sold separately).
