While your front and rear speakers process action and effects, the VCS-10 center channel works with your surround sound receiver to produce dialog with rich, natural tones that seem to come directly from the screen. Each phrase can be lifelike and clear, so you won't miss a word. Also available in silver. Add the Bose® 161® left & right speakers in black or white to perfectly complement the VCS-10 center channel speaker. Smarthome can ship Bose products only to addresses within the USA.

The VCS-10 center channel speaker is designed to complement your TV or entertainment center. Its patented Compound Loaded® drivers are engineered to optimize low-frequency output for rich, natural sound from a small enclosure in order to deliver clear, cinema-like dialogue. Bose's Articulated Array® speaker design "locks" dialogue on screen and provides a large, consistent sound field for a cinema-like experience regardless of where you are in the room.
This center channel speaker features slim, sleek dimensions that complement your television or entertainment center. Its slim, low-profile design allows it to fit directly on, above, or below your television. Rubber feet ensure stable positioning, and magnetic shielding prevents video screen discoloration.
The internal circuitry protects the drivers from being overdriven and provides increased reliability without interfering with the listening experience.
If your receiver's center channel is not amplified, you must connect an amplifier to the receiver. Use an RCA cable to connect the center channel RCA-type output on the receiver to the RCA-type input on the amplifier. The speaker will then connect directly to the amplifier instead of to the receiver.
A speaker cord is required and sold separately.
The Bose VCS-10 Center Channel Speaker is also available with two surround speakers in a money-saving kit.
