The Webbie is ready at a moment's notice to record High Definition (HD) video and take ultra-sharp 5-megapixel JPEG photos. Seamlessly switch from video recording to still photo capture with the simple press of a button. Or, take advantage of the dual-capture feature that lets you simultaneously capture both motion video and still imagery without the need to switch capture modes so you don't have to miss catching a special moment again. For optimal video, you can select between different scene modes: Sports, Landscape, Low Light, Backlight and Auto. Using the included USB cable and PMB (Picture Motion Browser) Portable software, connect your camera to a compatible PC or Mac to transfer all of your files for editing and distribution. Using a 16 gigabyte Memory Stick Pro Duo, sold separately, you can record up to 8.5 hours of HD video and thousands of still photos. The camera has 12MB of flash memory built in, which is only enough memory to store a few photos and a few seconds of video. A Memory Stick Pro Duo, sold separately, is necessary and required for normal use of the Webbie HD.The Sony MHS-CM1 Webbie HD is a compact, palm-style camera and is about 1.7" wide, 2.4" tall and weighs only 7 ounces. Take it to the next family gathering, your child's sporting event or on the next road trip. It has a 2.5" LCD screen that swivels 270 degrees that even makes "self-shooting" a cinch. Featuring a 20X digital zoom and 5X optical zoom, you can record high quality imagery from far away. With an internal rechargeable battery, simply connect the power adapter to charge it up. The Sony MHS-CM1 Webbie HD is a ridiculously small, compact camera that is the perfect solution for capturing memories in stunning high definition video and beautiful high resolution snapshots. MP4 is also highly compatible with the Web, so you can effortlessly upload your media to popular photo or video-sharing websites like Photobucket or YouTube. "Movie" and "Still" Dual Capture
Enjoy the convenience of individual "Movie" and "Still" buttons that allow you to seamlessly switch from video recording to still photo capture with the simple press of a button.
