Essential Info
You don't need a dedicated monitor to keep an eye on your surveillance cameras. Connect up to eight wired or wireless security cameras to the Panasonic TV Adapter, and you'll be able not only to view their images on your TV screen, you'll be able to access and control them over the Internet, as well. A router is required for Internet capabilities and is sold separately. Cameras are also sold separately.

The TV Adapter is easy to set up. Connect the cameras to the unit and then just connect the video cable to a TV to watch the camera images and control up to 8 cameras. Use the included remote to access individual cameras' feeds and to pan and tilt cameras with those capabilities. Watch each camera's feed individually or check the images from up to four cameras simultaneously.
Some cameras have a built-in sensor that detects motion by sensing temperature changes caused naturally by people or animals' moving within the sensor's range. When the sensor detects motion, the TV Adapter can alert you by sounding its built-in buzzer and by displaying the image from the camera that has detected motion. It can also send an email of the captured image(s) to your computer or cell phone.
Insert an SD memory card of up to 1GB to record still or moving images from any camera. You can also set the TV Adapter to record upon sensor activation or schedule up to 5 timed recording sessions. The TV Adapter automatically switches to a sensor-activated camera upon sensor input.
